The center of San Diego's central business district spans
between A and E streets between Union and Twelfth. This was
historically the regional hub of retail, government, finance and
business, and the area continues its active role today. Many of
the charming older buildings nestled among the office towers are
being rehabilitated for modern uses, creating new opportunities
for business and residential growth.
